The Friends of the Cleveland Kennel’s fourth annual fundraiser, “Art Fur Animals,” will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2008 at the Galleria at Erieview.
This exciting event brings together artists and animal lovers to share an evening of art, music, food and fun. Art fur Animals is a benefit and silent auction to raise money to provide care for the animals in need at the City of Cleveland Kennel.
Well-known area artists were asked to design ceramic dogs, which will be sold during a live auction. Artwork for the silent auction has been donated by many of Cleveland’s finest artists. Last year’s event raised nearly $10,000 and received coverage from the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Cleveland Free Times, and Northern Ohio Live magazine.
Please join us for this fun event that supports a serious and worthwhile cause: neglected, abused and homeless animals in the city of Cleveland. Tickets are $12 and include entrance to the event, appetizers and wine or beer. Parking for the event is available for $3 in the garage beneath the Galleria. Reserve your tickets today by contacting Friends of the Cleveland Kennel at info@friendsofclevelandkennel.com or call 216.274.9480.
